'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13 Spoilers: April, Jackson Reunion Confirmed In Photos?

(Photo : Getty Images/Jerod Harris) Sarah Drew is one of the first actresses to share a photo from the set of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 has already started filming for its upcoming episodes.

The cast members who were spotted on set included Sarah Drew, Debbie Allen and Jesse Williams.

The three actors are all connected in the hit ABC series with Drew playing the role of April, Allen playing Catherine and Williams playing Jackson.

April and Jackson were once married to each other. Last season, the couple filed for a divorce. While it was in the process of being finalized, April found out that she was pregnant with Jackson's child.

In the finale episode for season 12, April delivered a healthy baby, and Jackson was there for her.

Catherine, on the other hand, is Jackson's mom. Initially, she wanted to file a lawsuit against April for hiding the fact that she was pregnant while the latter was finalizing her divorce from Jackson.

However, the latter convinced his mom that it was not necessary because a peaceful relationship is what their baby would need.

Meanwhile, Drew shared a selfie with Allen via her Twitter account.

The snap showed the actress wearing a hospital gown, which suggests that April will still be recovering at the hospital when "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 premieres next month.

It also confirms that Catherine will be visiting her while she's at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

Drew also posted a photo with her co-star Williams. The latter could be seen wearing his doctor's uniform.

In other news, the official poster for "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 was recently released online by ABC.

At first glance, the poster looks different from the ones released in the previous seasons.

Executive producer Shonda Rhimes urged fans to not give the poster any meaning other than the fact that it was designed creatively and nicely.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 13 will premiere on ABC on Sept. 22 at 8 p.m. ET.
