"America's Got Talent" season 11 contestant Grace Vanderwaal's concert at the Lafayette Theater on Sunday was a huge success.
Despite the heavy rain, 860 lucky guests lined up to see the 12-year-old singer composer.
According to Lohud, Vanderwaal performed her original song "I Don't Know My Name," as well as covers of other songs such as "Breathe Me" by Sia and "Ex's & Oh's" by Ellie King.
Vanderwaal gained popularity after her audition for "America's Got Talent" season 11 became viral.
At the time, judge Howie Mandel gave her his golden buzzer after Vanderwaal impressed him with her vocal chops.
Meanwhile, the two-hour free concert ended with an encore performance by Vanderwaal and then a Q&A session with her fans.
According to the publication, some of the concert attendees came from other parts of the world like Australia.
Before leaving the stage, Vanderwaal left a beautiful message to her fans who also want to pursue a career in music.
"Stick with it. I know everyone says this but it's true," she said.
In other news, Vanderwaal will head to the "America's Got Talent" season 11 stage on Tuesday night to perform a song in front of Mandel, Simon Cowell, Mel B and Heidi Klum.
As of late, it is still unclear whether or not she will be singing a cover or an original track.
Following Tuesday night's performance, Vanderwaal's fate will be revealed come Wednesday night.
Out of the 12 acts that will be performing, only seven will have the chance to advance to the semifinals.
Host Nick Cannon will announce the names of those who will join the first seven acts that already made it through last week.
These acts include Lori Mae Hernandez, Tape Face, Jayna Brown, Deadly Games, Jon Dorenbos, Musicality and Laura Bretan.
