"Legends of Tomorrow" stars Dominic Purcell, Caity Lotz, Brandon Routh, Arthur Darvill and Victor Garber were all spotted on the University of British Columbia campus on Monday, July 25.

According to YVRShoots, the "Arrow"-"The Flash" spinoff series turned the Main Mall of the university into New York circa 1942 for the upcoming season 2 of the CW series. In the photos taken by the website, Purcell (Mick Rory/Heat Wave), Lotz (Sara Lance/White Canary), Routh (Ray Palmer/The Atom), Darvill (Rip Hunter) and Garber (Dr. Stein/Firestorm) were seen sporting vintage clothes as they walked through a crowd of period backgrounders.

YVRShoots speculates that the group might be heading to the headquarters of Justice Society of America, which fans will know more about in the forthcoming installment. In the comics, the Justice Society of America's initial headquarters during World War II was a New York City hotel suite.

As revealed during the show's San Diego Comic-Con panel last weekend, the Legends will find an ally in the Justice Society of America in season 2. In addition to Rex Tyler/Hourman (Patrick J. Adams) -- whom the Legends met at the end of the season 1 finale -- Stargirl, Dr. Mid-Nite and Obsidian are also members of the superhero group. The three mentioned characters are currently being cast.

The Legends and the Justice Society of America will team up to fight the group of villains called Legion of Doom, which is made up of the Reverse-Flash/Eobard Thawne (Matt Letscher), Captain Cold/Leonard Snart (Wentworth Miller), Malcolm Merlyn/The Dark Archer (John Barrowman) and Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough).

"For season 2 of Legends, we decided that the perfect antagonist for TV's first-ever team of Super Heroes would be TV's first-ever team of Super-Villains recruited from the ranks of 'Arrow' and 'The Flash's' deadliest adversaries," executive producer Marc Guggenheim said in a statement last weekend. "Being huge fans of the Challenge of the Superfriends, we've come to call this group our 'Legion of Doom.'"

"Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 will premiere on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
