'Thor: Ragnarok' Spoilers: Marvel Confirms Planet Hulk Story At San Diego Comic Con 2016?

Marvel Studios' Comic-Con panel at San Diego unveiled a slew of trailers and spoilers for their upcoming movies. Although no actual footage was shown (only a mockumentary was depicted) of "Thor: Ragnarok," the third movie about the God of Thunder, the studio may just have confirmed the film's storyline in its props and costume section.
In the costume section, Marvel Studios displayed Hulk's gladiator armor (which is shown in the photo above) which is more or less an exact replica of the Planet Hulk storyline in the comics. This means that Hulk/Bruce Banner has a meaty role in "Thor 3." Additionally, it looks like Hulk will be an important part of the film's plot, and not just a supporting character to Thor.
For those unfamiliar with the Planet Hulk story, here's a quick recap. Hulk gets jettisoned off of planet Earth by the Illuminati — a special team consisting of superheroes such as Professor X, Iron Man and Doctor Strange. He then lands on a war planet named Sakaar and is forced to fight enemies in gladiator style. He dons this costume.
Soon, Hulk becomes the leader of Sakaar and the planet changes its name to Planet Hulk. The green-eyed giant then returns to planet Earth and takes revenge on the Illuminati for removing him from Earth.
Of course, "Thor: Ragnarok" will have to change the revenge part since Banner left Earth because he left his relationship would not work out with Black Widow in "Avengers: Age Of Ultron."
In other news, "Star Trek" actor Karl Urban, who plays Skurge in the Marvel movie, previewed his bald head. The actor shaved off his locks in order to play the character.

Filming for the third Thor film is currently underway in Australia.
"Thor: Ragnarok" hits theaters on Nov. 3, 2017.
