The long wait for Samsung's Galaxy Note7 will soon be over, and T-Mobile users will be among the first consumers to possibly get their hands on the South Korea brand's much-anticipated smartphone.

Apparently, it has been revealed that T-Mobile will start accepting pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note7 next week, GSM Arena first reported citing the latest rumor about the phablet.

Should the rumor turn out to be true, T-Mobile users will be the first to pre-order and possibly receive their Galaxy Note7 units.

There was no mention that the magenta carrier will be the exclusive partner of Samsung in delivering the Note7 to the American market.

Granting that T-Mobile is going to possibly be the first carrier to offer the Note7, the magenta carrier could see a large number of consumers pre-ordering the device next week.

Meanwhile, another GSM Arena report revealed on Friday that a Dubai-based tech shop already started accepting pre-orders for the phone, with consumers instructed to make an initial deposit of $130.

Samsung is set to publicly unveil the Note7 on August 2, but there has been no official report yet on the phablet's pricing.

Previous reports have claimed that Samsung will release the Note7 on the day of its launch, but this has yet to be confirmed by the South Korea tech giant.

The Galaxy Note7 is getting a lot of attention, for it is the successor to Samsung's Note 5, and it is also rumored to be a beast of a device.

Rocking a 5.8-inch display, the phablet is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 6GB of RAM, a redesigned S-Pen stylus, top-of-the-line camera technology, and major software tweaks, as per Know Your Mobile.

The inclusion of an iris scanner is also one of the main reasons why the hype over the Samsung device has skyrocketed.
