(Photo : Getty Images/Alberto E. Rodriguez) We've listed the top five social media instigators in rap music of all time.

What used to happen in magazines and radio interviews now happens on social media when it comes to hip-hop beefs, and some rappers have made dissing people on Instagram and Twitter a sport.

Of course, a lot of artists have started a fight or two online, but there are some who seem to do it at least monthly, if not weekly and we've chosen the top five.

5. Young Thug

He's hasn't started a beef on social media in quite some time — not since getting into it with Plies and The Game — but there was one point when the "Best Friend" rapper was arguing on Instagram constantly.

4. The Game

Whether he's threatening someone on IG, responding to a diss on Twitter or beating someone up on YouTube, The Game is the king of the tough-guy social media posts. In fact, he darn near invented the thing.

3. Chris Brown

It seems like Breezy has just as many angry posts online as he does music videos, and in the past year alone he's been blasting people left and right. Just ask Karrueche Tran, her manager Jacob York or the singer Kevin McCall.

2. 50 Cent

Just like The Game, Fif has been ripping folks apart on social media for years, and some of his disses are playful and others are completely serious.

But if you think about it, the G-Unit founder made his entry into the music industry insulting other rappers, and he went from dropping songs like "How To Rob" and "Wanksta," to simply going on his IG account to deliver disses.

1. Azealia Banks

It's not that Azealia had more fights on social media than 50 or The Game, but she's brought attacking people online to a whole new level and clearly deserves the No. 1 spot.
