Tammy Rivera Divorcing Waka Flocka? LHHATL Star Dishes On Separation Amid Cheating Scandal

(Photo : Facebook/Love & Hip Hop Atlanta) Waka Flocka Flame's wife, Tammy Rivera, reveals whether or not she plans to divorce her husband after his cheating scandal.

It's no secret that Tammy Rivera and Waka Flocka aren't on the best terms in their marriage these days, but fans shouldn't worry about hearing any divorce news come from the estranged couple anytime soon.

Although the "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star is still hurt after finding out about her husband's infidelity, Tammy recently revealed to VH1 that she has no plans to divorce the "Hard in the Paint" rapper.

During an interview, Tammy, who is normally pretty private when it comes to her family life, opened up about the status of her relationship with Waka and clarified that they are only separated for the time being.

"Right now me and Waka, we're great. We're like, not together, but you know we're good right now. We're not together but we have a great relationship. You know, he just working on him and I'm working on me, and you know he's fighting for his family right now," Tammy revealed, adding that she does plan to return to her husband eventually.

"Yeah, it's just a 'time will tell' thing. He's my husband. I take marriage very serious so it's not like I'm gonna be like, 'Oop, nope it's over,' but he's gonna have to work on himself a lot. And I'm working on myself. And if God be willing for us to be together, then that's what's gonna happen. But right now, we're just focusing on, you know, I'm focusing on me. And he, I guess, is finally focusing on trying to keep his family."

As fans of the couple already know, Tammy is the mother of a pre-teen daughter, Charlie, who Waka also helps take care of.

According to Tammy, she hasn't kept her daughter in the dark about her and Waka's current situation.

"She understands. I mean, of course, she was very upset when she found out, very hurt but she spends the summers with her biological father in Baltimore so she don't get to see, you know, she hasn't been able to be here while it's been going on. She knows that we're not divorcing. She just understands because I'm very transparent with my daughter," Tammy explained. "That's my only child and that's my little best friend, you know? I don't never sugar coat things to her. I always, you know, be straightforward with her, and very transparent."

As for Tammy's mother-in-law, who had quite an emotional reaction to news of her daughter-in-law's decision to separate from her son on the latest episode of LHHATL, Tammy says they're still just as close as ever.

"Deb and I still talk every day. Like we still have our own relationship, and it's just she doesn't take no sides. She's a woman first. So, irregardless of me and Waka, that's always gon' be my mother. Like always gon' be my homie like, you know, that just doesn't, and even with Waka with my mom, they have a great relationship. Like before this breakup he spoke to my mom, he speaks to my mom more than he speaks to his own. But, you know, it's just best. She's hurt just like everyone else is," she said.

We're glad to hear that Waka's behavior isn't leading to the couple's divorce, and we hope he's learned his lesson.
