'Power' Season 3 Spoilers: Kanan Returns? Tommy Plots To Kill Ghost In Starz Show New Trailer

The "Power" season three premiere is right around the corner, and if the season two ending didn't give fans anxiety about Ghost's future, then the newly released trailer will certainly have their nerves rattled.

A new sneak peek of season three's drama was recently uploaded on to the Starz series' official Twitter page, and it appears that the stakes are even higher for drug kingpin James "Ghost" St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick).

Ghost has been struggling to get out of the drug game since the show first debuted, and in season three he may finally part ways with his former lifestyle for good.

Despite his lover, assistant US attorney Angela Valdez (Lela Loren), parting ways with him at the end of season two, they appear to be back in love as they head into Ghost's New York City night club hand-in-hand in the sneak peek.

However, Ghost and Angela's new sweet life together may not last too long, especially now that there's a price out on the drug lord's head.

Not only are the feds still on Ghost's tail, but it seems as though his ex-wife Tasha (Naturi Naughton) and ex-bestie Tommie (Joseph Sikora) are all out for his blood.

Only adding to the tension heading Ghost's way, his one-time partner-turned-biggest-enemy Kanan (Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson) is spotted briefly in the clip, which has us wondering if he secretly managed to escape death back in season two.
