'Suits': Gabriel Macht On Whether He Wants Harvey & Sarah Rafferty's Donna To End Up Together

(Photo : Shane Mahood/USA Network) "Suits" star Gabriel Macht has revealed whether he would like Harvey and Donna (Sarah Rafferty) to end up together at the very end of the series.

A lot of "Suits" fans are hoping to see Harvey (Gabriel Macht) become Donna's (Sarah Rafferty) boyfriend on the hit legal drama series, but is the actor who plays the suave lawyer hoping to see the same?

In a recent interview with the New York Post, Macht admitted that seeing Harvey and Donna become lovers won't interest him, but he seems to think that seeing the pair end up together at the very end of the series would make a good ending.

"If the idea is that people want to see these two together because they see them as being great partners, that's great ... but, to be frank, when Ross and Rachel got together [on 'Friends'], I wasn't as interested," Macht said. "In TV shows, I really like to see the complexity of, are they right for each other? Maybe they're not. ... I think their push and pull is way more interesting."

The 44-year-old actor added that he has "always felt that Donna was Harvey's right-hand gal." But despite that, Macht isn't totally against seeing the two characters become lovers.

"If anything, I'd like to see them get together at the very end [of the series]," he said.

As for what fans can expect from Harvey and Donna in the upcoming season 6 of the USA Network series, Rafferty recently revealed that the new installment will not delve deeper into the duo's romance.

"We're not going to dig too much into emotions between [Donna and Harvey]," Rafferty told TVLine. "They're really busy working s--t out, and they're not going to have their confusing relationship status get in the way of their goals."
