The celebrated fashion designer Alexander Wang recently listed his Tribeca loft for $3.75 million.

Located at 39 Worth Street, Wang purchased the downtown apartment back in 2010 for $2 million. The 2,550-square-foot loft was formerly owned by fashion writer Holly Brubach and features a huge living area, a bedroom, a walk-in closet and two bathrooms.

The most appealing characteristics of this stylish pad have to be the 12-foot ceilings, oversized windows, white marble accents and dark hardwood floors.

Wang launched his fashion label in 2007 and previously held the position as Creative Director of Balenciaga since 2012, which he just recently departed from, and the designer is expected to unveil a new jewelry line. There are currently 26 Alexander Wang boutiques and 700 retail locations that carry his line around the world.

With many changes in business, it looks like Wang is ready to do the same with the place he calls home.
