EXO, BTS and DBSK dominate the top 10 spots for the first week sales of physical albums!

An Instiz post (as translated by KPKF) showed the latest chart for first week physical album sales from 2008 up to the present, revealing which Korean artists sold the most number of albums within the first seven days of their release.

EXO, who sold 1.2 million physical albums on the Gaon chart in 2015, nearly took over the chart with eight albums in the top 10.

EXO's "Sing For You," which was released Dec. 10, 2015, currently holds the top spot with 270,500 albums sold within the first week.

EXO's "EXODUS," "Miracles In December," "Love Me Right," "Overdose," "XOXO Repackage," "XOXO," and the Chinese version of "Overdose," follow at 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 9th place, respectively.
