Vanessa Minnillo And Nick Lachey List Encino Home

Former boy band member Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa Minnillo recently listed their Encino, Calif. home for sale. 

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom property is located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley and is currently listed for $3.995 million. The couple originally purchased the home in 2011 for $2.85 million. 

The 8,134-square-foot pad was built in 1981 and is reminiscent of a typical Mediterranean-style home one would find in Montecito, Calif. The home features sky-high ceilings, exposed wood beams and plenty of living space because of its open floor plan. The master suite boasts his-and-her closets, a large master bath and a separate sitting room and office space. 

The grounds surrounding the house include lush landscaping, an outdoor entertaining area, a pool and a pool house.
