BTS Shed Tears In Hilarious New BBQ Chicken CF [VIDEO], To Collab With G-Friend On New Song

BTS star in yet another great commercial ad, and this time it's for BBQ Chicken!

The Bangtan Boys, which consist of members Jin, Rap Monster, J-Hope, Suga, Jungkook, Jimin and V, show off their acting skills in a new ad for BBQ Chicken's latest product, Olive Mala Hot Chicken.

In the ad, the members of BTS all channel brooding male leads in telenovelas, their eyes glistening with tears while a classic Italian song plays in the background.

However, they're not thinking about their recent breakup or a tragic loss in the family.

The cf's narrator tells them, "Boys, don't cry after eating Mala Hot Chicken," which means they're either crying because of how spicy the chicken is or how good it is. (Most likely both.)

At the end of the commercial, members Jimin, V and Jungkook gather around a table to share a plate of rice as the voice narrator advises them, "Don't forget to add leftover sauce to your rice."

Meanwhile, BTS also have another commercial coming up, and this time they will be collaborating with trendy girl group, G-Friend!

Last week, Smart School Uniform confirmed that BTS and G-Friend will be their new spokespersons and released new posters of the two idol groups modelling their latest uniform line, according to this Naver article (translation by @bangtanitl).

"BTS proactively interacts with many middle- and high-school students via social media and Naver V app. That's the reason we chose BTS as our next model," a Smart School Uniform marketing rep told the publication (via @bangtanitl).

The company also confirmed that BTS and G-Friend will be collaborating on a new commercial and song titled "Family," which will be released June 4.
