Chloë Grace Moretz Drops $3.4 Million On First Home In Studio City

Hollywood's teenage actress, Chloë Grace Moretz, recently scored her first piece of real estate.

Ms. Moretz purchased a five-bedroom, six-bathroom Spanish home in Studio City for $3.4 million. The 5,592-square-foot estate was built in 1998 and is ideally located in a private cul-de-sac tucked away in the hills.

The light-filled home features a gourmet kitchen, home office and a maid's suite. The master suite is on the second floor and includes a fireplace, a sitting room, two walk-in closets and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub.

The property overlooks the canyon and city, and the lush grounds are accompanied by a pool, spa and waterfall.
