'Teen Wolf' Season 5 Spoilers: Theo, Tracy Want Josh To Wear A Dread Doctor Mask In Episode 19

The Dread Doctor mask that Valack (Steven Brand) originally owns reappears on next Tuesday's episode of "Teen Wolf," and Theo (Cody Christian) and his chimera pack try to determine who among them should put it on.

In a sneak peek from season 5, episode 19, titled "The Beast of Beacon Hills," Theo, along with Tracy (Kelsey Chow), pressures Josh (Henry Zaga) to try the mask on.

"You want me to put it on?" Josh asks, to which Tracy replies, "You won't die if you put it on."

Apparently, Josh is not convinced, asking Theo why he doesn't want to try on the mask himself.

"I'm not afraid to do it, Josh. I'm just not stupid," Theo answers back.

"Are you not getting that it can kill us. You're the one with the power," Tracy tells Josh.

Deucalion (Gideon Emery) then joins the conversation, helping Josh to understand why Theo and Tracy want him to put on the mask.

"They want you to wear it, Josh, because the properties of the mask are based on electromagnetism," Deucalion says. "Pick it up, and you'll see."

Deucalion goes on to provide some history about the first Dread Doctor mask, saying, "[It's a] product of genius and madness. Two traits too often found in the same mind. The man who created the first, known only as the surgeon, he harnessed electromagnetic field in the mask infusing it with a unique and deadly power."

Despite all the details he learned about the mask, Josh ultimately decided not to put it on.
