Anne Hathaway Buys Upper West Side Penthouse For $2.55 Million

Oscar-winning actress Anne Hathaway recently purchased a two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Located on a street comprised of Neo-Georgian mansions built by the Clark family, the building dates back to 1902 and is just one block away from Central Park.
The 1,200-square-foot home features a roomy living area with plenty of windows for natural sunlight, hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, a dining space off the kitchen with 18-foot ceilings and French doors that lead out to an idyllic terrace.
Each of the bedrooms include skylights, balconies and newly remodeled bathrooms. With a baby on the way for the celebrity couple, the second bedroom will most likely be used as a nursery.
