Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann List Malibu Beachfront Home for $12 Million

One of Hollywood's power couples, Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann recently listed their beachfront home in Malibu, Calif. for $12 million.
A popular director, writer, producer and father, Apatow, and hilarious actress, Mann, are selling their drool-worthy three-bedroom, four-bathroom property. Located in highly desirable Malibu Colony, the 2,550-square-foot house was originally built in 1930 and offers striking views of the Pacific Ocean.
The beach house features an open floor plan, beamed ceilings, a cook's kitchen, two fireplaces and walls of glass which provide for plenty of natural light to come in. The two-story home includes three bedrooms with their own bathrooms upstairs and a picturesque terrace for outdoor entertainment and relaxation.
Apatow purchased the Malibu pad originally for $10.825 million from "Pretty Woman" director Laura Ziskin in 2013.
