'Masters Of Sex' Season 3 Spoilers: 5 Burning Questions We Want Answered In Finale

Showtime's "Masters Of Sex" ended episode 11 of season 2 on an interesting note. Dan Logan left his wife and confessed that he would like to spend the rest of his life with Virginia, while it was revealed that Bill was being investigated for inappropriate behavior with a child.
With the season finale airing on Sunday, here are 5 burning questions we want answered before the show wraps up:
1. Will the research and the book be destroyed due to the investigation?
Episode 12's promo (which you can view below) clearly indicates that the investigation will put Bill's reputation, the sex research and, more importantly, his book in jeopardy. The "Masters Of Sex" season 3 finale's synopsis, according to TVGuide, states that Masters and Johnson will discover that all their hard work is in jeopardy. Can Bill put a stop to this investigation before it sabotages his work?
2. Will Bill express his true feelings to Virginia and ask her to marry him?
A sneak peek video (which you can also view below) shows Bill expressing his true feelings to Virginia and proposing marriage. In the clip he is seen putting a sparkling diamond ring on her finger but Virginia doesn't seem as happy as she should be.
3. Who will Virginia choose: Dan or Bill?
The real question, one that we want answered, is who will Virginia choose to be with? Dan or Bill? While Dan is kind, genuinely cares about her and never controls her, Bill is inevitably tied with her research work, does love her too and knows her much better than Dan. This intriguing love triangle should come to an end in season 3 episode 12 of "Masters Of Sex."
4. Will Libby stand by Bill's side even though she can be happy with Paul Edley?
Libby made it clear that she wants her children to get a chance to know and love their father and being with Paul will make that impossible. She sacrificed her happiness for her children's. However, with Bill proposing Virginia and a sex scandal brewing in the midst, will Libby finally say "enough is enough"?
5. If Libby does reject Paul for good, will he tell Bill his wife's unhappy?
By his own admission, Paul's own wife was unhappy the whole time he thought he was a happily married man. The fact that Bill is in the same shoes as Paul's may motivate him to inform Bill that his wife is truly unhappy in their marriage. Also, Paul may not feel so great after the outright rejection. Will his heartbreak provoke him to tell Bill about their affair?
