Louis (Rick Hoffman) is suing Harvey (Gabriel Macht) for assault and battery in next Wednesday's episode of "Suits."
The promo for season 5, episode 8, entitled "Mea Culpa," reveals that Louis is heading to court to give Harvey a lesson after the latter literally knocked him to the ground following a heated argument about Esther (Amy Acker) last episode.
"I'm suing your favorite son Harvey for assault and battery," Louis tells Jessica (Gina Torres) in the promo.
Donna, on the other hand, (Sarah Rafferty) is disappointed with Louis suing her former boss. "I'm done working for you," she tells him.
The synopsis for the episode (via CarterMatt) reveals that while Jessica is busy doing damage control in the wake of the office brawl, "Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson) and Daniel Hardman (David Costabile) are looking for weaknesses [inside the Pearson Specter Litt] to exploit." But didn't viewers just see Jack telling Daniel last episode not to call him again? Are they trying to put down the law firm for all over again? Only time can tell.

Next week's episode also put Mike (Patrick J. Adams) in trouble, because his big secret is in danger of getting exposed as someone from his past makes a surprising return.
As revealed by TVLine, "Pretty Little Liars" star Troian Bellisario is reprising her role as Claire in the episode, in which she will be the opposing counsel on one of Mike's cases.
Claire was introduced to the show in season 4 as a girl who had a romantic interest in Mike prior to him meeting Jenny (Vanessa Ray) and becoming a lawyer at Pearson Hardman. Claire, a graduate of law in New York University, first met Mike when she was working as an intern at a legal clinic. At the time, Mike was working as a bike messenger, so when the two meet again next episode, Claire may probably expose that Mike's isn't really a lawyer in order to win the case.
Aside from dealing with Claire, the synopsis states that Mike, as instructed by Jessica, is finding a way to turn down his junior partner promotion without raising suspicion.
"Suits'" next episode airs on Wednesday, Aug. 12 at 9 p.m. on USA Network. Watch the promo below:
