Salma Hayek is leasing her longtime home in Hollywood Hills.

The home was built in 1962 and is located just off the Sunset Strip, tucked away in a paparazzi-free cul-de-sac of Outpost Estates. The Hollywood actress is asking just $9,750 a month to stay in her Mid-Century Modern pad!

Hayek purchased the 2,874-square-foot house back in 1996 for $537,000. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home features a spacious floor plan with a large, glass windowed living room that overlooks the lush backyard and canyon views.

The cozy California property includes an eat-in kitchen, a master suite with roomy walk-in closet and spa bath. The home offers a comfortable indoor/outdoor environment with a swimming pool and deck, a space ideal for entertaining.

Hayek's main mansion is a 6,811-square-foot, seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in Bel Air, which she purchased from Kelsey Grammer for $13.5 million in 2007.
