The New York Post's Page Six reports Hollywood actress Julia Roberts has pu her Greenwich Village apartment on the market.
The 47-year-old star is asking $4.5 million for her three-bedroom, three-bathroom property. The 2,000-square-foot apartment not only resides in one of Manhattan's most desirable neighborhoods but also boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a spacious terrace with impeccable views of the city.
The interior space evokes a very Hamptons and California-style beach vibe, its neutral palette is calming and inviting, an ideal apartment for quality entertaining!
Roberts has decided to list her property at 45 West 10th Street, because she has been spending more time on the West Coast. The actress also owns a home in Gramercy Park that is currently being rented out.
