Robin Thicke has dropped $2.395 million on a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Malibu Park, Calif. The "Blurred Lines" singer and son of Alan Thicke is planning to live with his 20-year-old girlfriend, April Love Geary.
Originally built in 1958, the Mid-Century-style home is sleek in design and rests atop a cliffside with picture perfect ocean and mountain views. The 7,000-square-foot lot boasts a spacious lawn and nearly 60 fruit trees and also features a fully-functioning equestrian compound.
The 2,359-square-foot single-story home was recently retrofitted for earthquake safety and features a newly updated chef's kitchen with quartz countertops and ash and granite floorings.
The new property suggests Robin was ready for a change after selling his West Hollywood pad for $5 million and making his move to the laid-back beach location of Malibu. See more images of his new equestrian estate here.
