The front man of the popular band Red Hot Chili Peppers, Anthony Kiedis has recently listed his Los Angeles home on the market. The three bedroom, four bathroom villa located right off the Sunset Strip is selling for $4.295 million.

The singer bought the European-style home back in the summer of 2013 for $3.65 million. The house was originally built in 1940 and has held its authentic charm. The villa features 14-foot ceilings and French doors in the living room, high-arched ceilings that lead to a dining terrace from the formal dining room and stunning city views of Los Angeles.

Gorgeous ivy adorns the exterior of the home, complimenting the property's lush landscaping. The backyard includes a garden, swimming pool and offers an ideal, secluded environment for a potential celebrity without any privacy issues.

According to Trulia, the Architectural Digest and celebrity approved interior designer Waldo Fernandez recently renovated the home's kitchen by completely gutting it and making anew. There is even a library within the villa, a high-ceiling sanctuary for an invested and loyal reader.

It is unknown where Kiedis and his 7-year-old-son, Everly Bear, will be moving to next but the singer does have a few options. Kiedis owns other properties in Las Vegas, Malibu, Calif. and Hawaii!

The listing agent is Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc. and you can view more images of the property here.
