Sandra Bullock Lists West Hollywood Home For Lease

Oscar-winning actress, Sandra Bullock, has put her house up for rent for a hefty monthly asking price of $18,500.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located right off of Sunset Blvd, in the highly coveted Hollywood neighborhood. The contemporary home was built in 1942 and features a stucco exterior, a private stone decked pool, a spa and picturesque views of Los Angeles.

The 3,153-square-foot construction comes completely furnished with all necessary amenities for potential occupants. Future renters will enjoy the large eat-in cook's kitchen, a private office overlooking the pool and a luxurious master bedroom suite that hosts a spacious tub and steam shower.  

According to Trulia, the home boasts vaulted ceilings with plenty of natural light from its large windows, the space is ideal for entertaining and leaving open on those warm summer nights of California's enviable weather. The extensive grounds feature lush landscaping, loads of greenery in which compliments the attractive views of the Hollywood Hills and city lights.

Bullock purchased the home back in 2001 for $1,485,000 and it seems as though she may be in the market for a larger space soon. When it comes to maintaining her busy schedule and filming blockbusters, there has also been some speculation that Bullock may be adding another member to the family — perhaps another sibling for son, Louis according to the tabloids.
