"Wolf of Wall Street" star, Leonardo DiCaprio, has officially put his three-bedroom, two-bathroom Malibu beach house on the market for lease.

Located in Carbon Beach and nicknamed "Billionaire's Beach," it is reported that you can rent Leo's party pad for $23,000 in the off-season or $50,000 per month during the summer season.

Some of the world's wealthiest and ritzy clientele spend time on these beaches — from entertainment mogul David Geffen to former Dodgers CEO Jamie McCourt, just to name just a few.

DiCaprio is known for his revolving flock of females, regardless of the actor's location. Perhaps the prospective renter of the Malibu residence is hoping for similar luck in the dating pool?

According to the Associated Press, an average property on Carbon Beach is worth $15 million. DiCaprio snagged this 1,765-square-foot home in 1998 for $1.6 million, the intended purchase being for his mother, however it has not since been confirmed that it is her residence.

The house evokes the image of a serene, cozy cottage on the beach. It features hardwood floors, a large deck off the main living room, a spa and a barbecue — ideal for social settings with guests.

It was just a few years ago when DiCaprio sold his previous mega-mansion in Malibu for $17.35 million, where he had rented the property out for $150,000 per month in the summer season.

With that price tag for a lease, it makes this Carbon beach spot seem like a bargain! See more images of the property here
