Kylie Jenner Purchases First Home For $2.7 Million in Calabasas

The youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan, Kylie Jenner, has officially purchased her first home. The 17-year-old reality starlet purchased a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Mediterranean-style house in The Oaks.

The $2.7 million home is a block away from sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian and offers plenty of space for entertaining the family.

It is rumoured that Kylie is dating 25-year-old rapper Tyga, and this may just be the new space for the couple to shack up together, at least her brother-in-law leads us to believe this could be the case. In a recent interview, brother-in-law Kanye West spoke on Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club" stating, "I think they're in love. You can't tell nobody, you know."

The new house features a home library, backyard with patio, pool, spa and barbecue center. The 4,851-square-foot house even includes guest/maid quarters — just your average starter home for the typical teenager!
