Colbie Caillat Is Flipping Her Hidden Hills Estate

Just after purchasing the Hidden Hills mansion last year in August, singer Colbie Caillat has listed her home for $6.4 million.
The "Bubbly" singer originally snagged the Santa Barbara-style estate for $6.1 million. The home is located in the highly desirable gated community of Hidden Hills, where Kimye and Drake are also residing.
The 8,400-square-foot home features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a great room, a center-island kitchen, a game room with a wet bar, a home theater and a countryard entry with a bell tower.
In 2013, the Mediterranean-inspired mansion was built on the 1.14 acre landscaped property and includes a covered loggia with vaulted ceilings, a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, a putting green and an organic vegetable garden.
The mostly single-story home even offers a private guest or staff suite on a second floor and plenty of garage space for four cars.
