Jeremy Piven’s Malibu House Available To Rent

The man known for his role as the neurotic agent Ari Gold on "Entourage", Jeremy Piven, has listed his beachfront Malibu house for rent.

The three-bedroom, five-bathroom home is the prime spot for sun bathing and hosting beach parties this summer — all you need is $50,000 a month to do so!

Piven purchased the three-story Bachelor pad in 2004 for $3.5 million, which features breathtaking ocean views, a master suite with private balcony, a zen-like living room area and guest bedrooms. The upper level also includes an office and a screening room for movie nights — but who's watching movies when you're living on the beach?

Does $50,000 seem like a lot? The actor is asking for that price during the months of June, July, August and September, however, there is a discounted rate option. For the month of May, Piven is asking for $27,500 — or if you chose to lease the property for the entire summer — $35,000 a month ($140K for the summer).

Imagine waking up every day and stepping off the outdoor deck, directly onto the sand — a BBQ, game room, spa, sauna and private yoga studio just so happen to be included with the property as well — what more do need?
