The youngest of the Jonas Brothers bunch, Nick Jonas, has listed his 1930s West Hollywood home on the market. The underwear-rocking celeb purchased the Sunset Strip pad just a little over a year ago.

It is rumored that Jonas and his Miss Universe girlfriend, Olivia Culpo, could soon be engaged and moving in together.

The Mediterranean-style house was purchased for $3.2 million in 2013 and is currently on the market for $3.6 million. The property features impeccable views of the Hollywood Hills and is surrounded by lush landscaping and a zen pool.

The 4-bedroom, 5-bath home was built in 1938 and has remained genuine to its original design, evoking an indoor/outdoor living environment. The 3,175-square-foot estate has a large living room with a traditional wood-burning fireplace, a grand dining room ideal for entertaining, and a kitchen that opens out to a family room.
