Jeremy Renner Lists Renovated Runyon Canyon Home For $4.8 Million

Ellen DeGeneres isn't the only celebrity known to flip a few homes around Hollywood... Jeremy Renner continues as a strong contender in the realm of real estate.

The actor purchased the Hollywood home from legendary filmmaker Preston Sturges in 2009 for $1,350,000, and recently listed the remodeled 7,000-square-foot house on the market. Renner's friend and business partner, Kristoffer Winters, has worked with the celeb in renovating properties since 2002. The duo's latest project is asking $4,795,000.

The home rests in the foothills of Runyon Canyon in a private, lush, landscaped property which features an intimate, covered front porch and fountain. The interior includes a master suite with stunning rooftop terrace views of Los Angeles, a fireplace and French doors.
