Ashley Tisdale Reduces Asking Price Of Toluca Lake Residence

The "High School Musical" star, Ashley Tisdale, has dropped the asking price of her Toluca Lake home for the second time. Tisdale originally listed the home in October for $2.649 million and nearly a month later, the actress reduced the price to $2.599 million.

Currently, the home is on the market for $2.5 million and may just be the result of the celeb's desire to move into a bigger space with new hubby Christopher French. The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home could have been a potential starter home for the newlyweds, but perhaps it is time for the couple to make some room for prospective little French Tisdales!

The 3,406-square-foot home rests behind a large gate for extra privacy and features a saltwater pool and spa and a built-in entertainment center. According to Forbes, Tisdale transformed one of the bedrooms into her personal closet or dressing room.

Tisdale originally purchased the house in 2007 for $1.349 million, a year after purchasing a condo in Toluca Lake in 2006 for $535,000. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is still owned by the hot celeb couple and possibly could be their home base until a new Los Angeles pad strikes their interest.
