Jared Leto seems to be leading quite the eventful life, not only immersed in attending 2015 award season events such as the Golden Globes but also in the midst of purchasing an old military compound. According to Trulia, the property was once known as Lookout Mountain Air Force Station.
The 50,000-square-foot structure features eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, art galleries, a pool resembling the Playboy Mansion lagoon-esque pool and a private film studio. The compound was leased a few years ago as a rehab treatment center, Curbed reported, it has been on and off the market since 2010.
Leto, who also owns a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Cahuenga Pass that he purchased in 2006 for $1.65 million has a way of doing things against the grain and we're eager to see how he transforms the property.
