'One Piece' Chapter 811 Update: No Chapter This Week Due To Holidays

Due to Christmas Week, there will be no Shonen Jump Magazine release this week. This means no chapter release of "One Piece," or any of the magazine's popular manga.

With that being said, it's a good time to discuss current affairs in the "One Piece" world.

First off, what's going to happen with the Blackbeard Pirates and the Revolutionary Army? "One Piece" creator Eiichiro Oda is a genius at integrating different plots in the story together, so it will be interesting to see how he plans to integrate that part of the story with the Strawhat's story. Three key characters point to the notion that the Blackbeard Pirates' dispute with the Revolutionary Army will extend to the Strawhat Pirates, they being Monkey D. Dragon, Sabo, and Blackbeard.

All three characters have played important roles in Luffy's life. It's curious to see if Sabo will face the same fate that Ace did when he confronted Blackbeard.

Then we have Eustass Kidd's alliance and Yonkou Shanks. Kidd's alliance looks to take out Shanks and conquer his territory. This subplot will also end up dragging the Strawhat Pirates in because of Luffy's relationship with Shanks, and rivalry with Kidd.

We also have Whitebeard's "Son," Whitebeard Jr., who is trying to destroy all of Whitebeard's sons, and find Luffy. During the Marineford Arc, the Whitebeard Pirates helped Luffy save Ace from the Marines. Due to this, Whitebeard Jr. plans to get information out of Luffy regarding Whitebeard's right-hand man, Marco "The Pheonix."

It will be exciting to see how Oda will merge these three subplots together in the future. The most explosive chapters are likely ahead thanks to these plots juxtaposing with the current main plot that has put Luffy and Kaido at opposite ends.

"One Piece" chapter 811 is set to release next Thursday, so stay tuned.
